This is suitable for someone where autism is suspected but they have not previously been diagnosed with autism. Each assessment includes a structured clinical interview informed by gold-standard diagnostic frameworks — the Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R) and the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) — in line with NICE guidelines and DSM-5-TR/ICD-11 diagnostic criteria.
